Cedar Grove Cheese has been certified organic since 1996. The milk we use for organic cheese is produced by farmers who do not use artificial hormones (rBGH), antibiotics, or harmful pesticides. In the manufacturing of organic cheese, we only use ingredients and methods approved for organic cheese production.
